PROVIDENCE, R.I. -- Providence mayor and 1st Congressional District candidate David N. Cicilline received a co-byline Friday with San Francisco Mayor Gavin Newsom on Huffington Post. The op-ed piece urges Congress to extend the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families Emergency Contingency Fund, which is set to expire on Sept. 30.
